These terms govern your use of this website and, more generally, the relationship between Atelier Logiciel and clients requesting software development services. They don't replace a signed project agreement or quote, which take precedence for any specific engagement.

Atelier Logiciel designs and develops showcase websites, e-commerce sites, dashboards, internal business tools, and custom software for businesses. The exact scope, timeline, and price of any project are defined in a written quote before work begins — nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer on its own.

Submitting the contact form is a request for information, not a commitment on either side. A project only begins once both parties have agreed on scope, timeline, and payment terms in writing.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of the delivered code and design transfers to the client upon full payment. Atelier Logiciel may retain the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio, including this site, unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.

Timely feedback, access to necessary accounts or content, and prompt payment are the client's responsibility and directly affect project timelines. Delays caused by missing input from the client may shift delivery dates accordingly.

Atelier Logiciel takes reasonable care in the design, development, and testing of delivered systems, but cannot guarantee they will be entirely free of defects. Liability for any direct damages resulting from the services provided is limited to the amount paid for the specific engagement in question.

This website's content — text, visuals, and case studies — belongs to Atelier Logiciel or is used with permission, and may not be reproduced without consent.

These terms are governed by the laws of Tunisia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved directly will fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tunis.
